Ammonia Nitrogen And Total Phosphorus Water Quality Monitoring Integrated Device

This automatic monitoring instrument adopts the principle of parallel connection of two channels of valves to achieve the switching of the flow paths for the two measurement processes of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.
1. In the presence of alkaline medium and nitroferrocyanide, ammonia and ammonium ions in water react with salicylate and hypochlorite ions to form a blue compound, which has the maximum absorbance at a specific wavelength, thereby determining the content of ammonia nitrogen in water.
2. In neutral conditions, potassium persulfate is used to digest the sample, and all the phosphorus in it is oxidized to orthophosphate. In acidic medium, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate, and after reacting with antiradical acid, it forms a phosphomolybdenum heteropoly acid, which is immediately reduced to a blue complex at a specific wavelength, and is then determined by spectrophotometry and converted into total phosphorus value.
